Do you charge for your designs?

Typically, ACP will be able to provide a conceptual plan with an accompanying budget free of charge. Depending on the complexity of your project and the detail involved, a design retainer may be required to produce a 3D rendering and a custom plan.

When will I receive my design and quote?

Upon completion of our initial consultation and site evaluation, we generally have a preliminary proposal for your review within 4-6 working days. As a part of the consultation, you will be provided with more specific details on what to expect for your particular project.

ACP has offices that serve the greater Tampa, Orlando and Jacksonville markets.

How long until you can start on my project?

Just as every customer has a unique vision for their project, every project has a unique set of parameters for installation. Once we have agreed on the scope of work and received a deposit, we will begin to coordinate the selection and ordering of materials, permitting and anything else that needs to be completed prior to installation. With many variables in play, there is no set lead time that can be assured. We do assure that we will remain in communication with you so that you are informed throughout the process.

How long will it take? What is our timeline for completion?

ACP will provide an estimated time for completion of your project at the time of agreement. Since there are some factors that are outside of our control (weather/material availability/permitting) the timetable for completion can change. By being proactive in our communication, we will do our best to minimize the impact of any such challenges.

What is your process? i.e., Contracts? Selection of materials? Do you pull permits? Etc.
